About us

When you join our team, you’re not just working in a coffee house; you’re helping to keep our helicopters flying.

Your Mission as our Cook

As our Cook, you’ll be at the heart of Hangar 63, preparing delicious food and drinks for our customers while making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

We’re looking for someone who has a real passion for food and enjoys working as part of a team. You’ll need to hold, or be willing to gain, a Level 2 Award in Food Safety and Catering/Manufacturing, and you’ll bring a friendly, approachable attitude to everything you do.

Pride in cleanliness, organisation, and attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to balance efficiency with warmth. Most importantly, you’ll be excited to be part of something bigger—helping raise vital funds to support life-saving missions every time you step into the kitchen.
