This Boxing Day, join the hundreds of brave ‘dippers’, gather your courage, don your warmest swimwear, and brace yourself for the invigorating thrill of the North Sea.
Head to your local seafront and get ready to launch yourself into the wintery waves, the perfect and refreshing way to recover from the Christmas festivities.
By taking the plunge you’re ensuring we can continue our mission in the new year, caring for the critically ill and injured people of our region. With every shiver you’re saving lives.

To sign up all you have to do is:
– Choose your local beach. Below are some of the Boxing Day Dips happening in our region.
Hartlepool Round Table Boxing Day Dip, Rotary Club of Redcar Boxing day Dip, Whitby Lions Boxing day Dip, Sunderland Boxing day Dip, Saltburn Boxing Day Dip.
– Register with your chosen Boxing Day Dip
– Come back here to fill in the below form, choose if you would like a t-shirt and we will send everything you need to ensure your fundraising is a success.
