A REPLICA of the famous Captain America chopper from 1969 movie Easy Rider will raise funds for the Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) at the UK’s largest bike show.

The bike will be on display at Motorcycle Live and owner Glenn Wostenholme hopes crowds will drop donations in a collection bucket in return for a snap. The show takes place at The NEC, Birmingham, from November 28 until December 6.

Mr Wostenholme said: “It is the best replica in the North of England and a very rare opportunity to see the most famous and iconic motorcycle in the world. Come along and take a selfie beside it or as many photos as you’d like. A donation would be greatly appreciated. I hope the crowds are generous.”
