A car plunged down a steep embankment in Weardale and the Great North Air Ambulance Service flew to the scene today (Dec 3rd). The 38-year-old driver was assessed by the aircrew’s emergency department consultant.

The 38-year-old driver was assessed by the aircrew’s emergency department consultant. He was found to have only minor injuries and was taken to Hexham by ambulance.
