Air ambulance called to Hartlepool after man injured while working under car


The Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) was called to Hartlepool after a man was seriously injured while working under a car. The air ambulance was called to the scene at 10.40am yesterday and landed at a local school. The patient, a man in his 70s, was put into an induced coma at the scene before he was taken to James Cook by road, accompanied by the GNAAS crew.  .
