At the Great North Air Ambulance Service, every campaign, event and message plays a role in saving lives. We’re looking for an Events & Fundraising Marketing Assistant to support the promotion of our fundraising activities, helping to inspire supporters, grow engagement and raise vital income across the region.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, organised marketer to build experience within a charity environment, working alongside passionate colleagues who are united by a life-saving mission.
About the role
We’re looking for a creative and organised Events and Fundraising Marketing Assistant to support the delivery of various activities that raise vital funds and awareness for our life-saving work.
Working within our Income and Engagement team, you’ll support the promotion of events and fundraising activities across digital and offline channels. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their marketing career within the charity sector.




What you’ll do
- Support and deliver marketing campaigns for events, fundraising, and awareness activity.
- Create marketing content, including emails, posters, flyers, and event materials.
- Coordinate marketing activity and promotional timelines.
- Support campaign planning, reporting, and internal communications.
- Build positive working relationships with colleagues, volunteers, and suppliers.
- Provide support to the Events and Fundraising Marketing Officer as required.
