By attending our pawsome Whirlybird Woof-Fest, you’ll be directly supporting the life-saving work our critical care team carries out every day across our region.

Running a service like ours is only possible thanks to the support of people like you. We are entirely reliant on charitable donations, meaning events, donations and fundraising play a vital role in helping us stay ready to respond when we’re called upon.

From the moment our crew are tasked, they bring world-class medical care to the scene of the most serious incidents, pre-hospital-level treatment that gives a person the best possible chance of survival. That level of care requires specialist equipment, highly trained clinicians and vehicles ready to deploy at a moment’s notice.

Our service costs £9.6m each year to operate. By coming along to Whirlybird Woof-Fest, enjoying the event and bringing your four-legged friends with you, you’re helping ensure we can continue being there for the people who need us most.

Disclaimer

We want to ensure this day is enjoyable for everyone. Saying this by attending the event all dog owners agree to the following: 

1. Responsibility: Owners are fully responsible for their dogs at all times. Ensure your dog’s safety and well-being throughout the event.
2. Leash Requirement: All dogs must be kept on a leash, at all times while on event grounds. 
3. Dog Behaviour: Owners must ensure their dogs are well-behaved and comfortable around other dogs and people. Any dog displaying aggressive behaviour will be asked to leave.
