The Middlesbrough 10K is a must for any norther runner’s 2024 calendar! This year’s event is set up to be bigger and better than ever before.

Whether you’re looking to chase that new PB, aiming to get more active this year or simply wanting to join in on the event day fun, you can make the most of the day by running for the Great North Air Ambulance Service!

Thousands of people will be running through Middlesbrough on 1 September 2024, and you could be doing it to support the life-saving service that our team provide for those that need it most in our region. Grab your running shoes and sign up now!

Who can take part?

Runners must be aged 15 years or older on the day of the event.

All runners of all abilities are encouraged to either run or cheer on from the crowd on the day, so you can be part of the fun no matter what!

One for the younger runners

Looking for a shorter distance for the younger runners? Not to worry, we have the perfect solution!

Grab your trainers and head to the start line for the Middlesbrough 2k or 3k. This is the perfect run for young people from ages 3-17, winding around Middlesbrough Town Centre before you power over the finish line!

Registering a runner aged between 3 and 8 years old:
Using the Aged 18+ entry type, register the adult and within the booking process the system will ask you to provide the full name and age of the child you are registering.

Registering a runner aged between 9 and 17 years old:
Entries must be completed by a parent/guardian aged 18 years or over on behalf of the child.
