The Thirteen Middlesbrough 10K is a must for any northern runner’s 2025 calendar! This year’s event is set up to be bigger and better than ever before.

Whether you’re looking to chase that new PB, aiming to get more active this year or simply wanting to join in on the event day fun, you can make the most of the day by running for the Great North Air Ambulance Service!

Thousands of people will be running through Middlesbrough on 31 August 2025, and you could be doing it to support the life-saving service that our team provide for those that need it most in our region. Grab your running shoes and sign up now!

Who can take part?

Runners must be aged 15 years or older on the day of the event.

All runners of all abilities are encouraged to either run or cheer on from the crowd on the day, so you can be part of the fun no matter what!

Looking for a shorter distance for the younger runners? Not to worry, we have the perfect solution!

Grab your trainers and head to the start line for the Middlesbrough 3k. This is the perfect run for young people from ages 3-17, winding around Middlesbrough Town Centre before you power over the finish line! To sign up you must go to the Middlesbrough 3k site.
