Motorbike rider flown to hospital after crash at Kaber


A MOTORBIKE rider was airlifted to hospital after a collision with a car yesterday. The Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) was called to the incident near Kaber at 11am. The 72-year-old man had sustained arm and leg injuries and was flown to James Cook University Hospital, in Middlesbrough, in a flight which took 20 minutes.
