Man airlifted after collapse in Rothbury


A MAN has been airlifted to hospital after he collapsed in Rothbury, Northumberland, last night. The Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) was called to the scene at 7:45pm. The 59-year-old man was assessed and treated by the GNAAS doctor and paramedic crew before being airlifted to Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital in Cramlington within 10 minutes, where he arrived in a critical condition..
