Cyclist treated by GNAAS after collision in County Durham


A CYCLIST has been treated by GNAAS after a collision with a car in County Durham. The Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) was called to Blackhall Colliery at 9:07am today (December 11) after reports of the cyclist being unconscious. The male cyclist was assessed by the GNAAS trauma team and despite initial concerns, the man who was in his 50s, was found to have sustained only minor injuries and was taken to hospital by road ambulance.  .
