A cyclist has been flown to hospital after a collision with a car near Belford, Northumberland. The Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) was called to the scene at 12:30pm on August 11. The male cyclist suffered multiple injuries and after treatment by the GNAAS doctor and paramedic team, he was flown to Newcastle’s RVI in 18 minutes.
