13-year-old airlifted after collision with a vehicle


The Great North Air Ambulance Service were called to a 13-year-old female pedestrian who had been in a collision with a vehicle at Leyburn, North Yorkshire, at 10:30am on Saturday (6th). The young girl had sustained possible head and pelvic injuries and after an assessment by the GNAAS doctor at the scene she was taken the Major Trauma Centre at James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough.
