12-year-old boy airlifted in two-bus crash


Today (Tue 3rd) the Great North Air Ambulance Service airlifted a 12-year-old boy after a two-bus crash in Oxhill, Stanley. GNAAS doctor-led trauma team triaged the injured persons and the young boy was airlifted to the Royal Victoria Infirmary with serious facial injuries. He was flown to the hospital in four minutes and his condition was described as stable upon arrival.   .
