Woman hospitalised after motor racing accident at Carnforth


A WOMAN was taken to hospital after suffering neck and chest injuries while motor racing on Sunday. The Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) was called to the incident at Carnforth, near Lancaster, at 1pm. The 40-year-old woman was assessed by the doctor-led trauma team for non-life-threatening injuries before being taken to hospital by North West Ambulance Service..
