Man airlifted after fall from vehicle in Northumberland


An 18-year-old man was flown to hospital after falling four metres from a vehicle in Northumberland. The Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) was requested to assist the North East Ambulance Service at Otterburn at 8:45am yesterday.  The patient was assessed and treated by the doctor-led team before being transported to Newcastle’s Royal Victoria Infirmary within 13 minutes, where he arrived in a stable condition.
