£22,000 - £25,000 per annum


37.5 hours per week (Some weekend & evening work)

About the role

From your desk, you’ll hear the rush of the helicopter engines as they fire up in preparation for the next mission – one of around 2,100 the Great North Air Ambulance Service launches every year.

Your role will be integral in ensuring the team can respond again the next time the emergency bell rings

We’re looking for a Senior Events Assistant to help take our events program to the next level.

You will help shape a calendar of events that attract supporters, old and new, from fitness challenges to fundraising balls.

This exciting new role is to support the charity’s growth and strengthen the current events calendar.


About you

You’ll be adaptable in your approach, naturally creative, and highly organised.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and hold a current clean driving license. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as being self-motivated and having the ability to work as part of a team.

This role is perfect for someone who wants their skills to make a real difference.
