£36,400 – £42,640 per annum
We’re looking for an approachable, experienced HR Manager to join our fantastic team.
Your mission as HR Manager
Our people make everything we do possible.
As our HR Manager, you’ll play a key role in making sure they receive a proactive, professional and trusted HR service throughout their time with GNAAS.
Working closely with our Head of People and Culture, you’ll provide visible operational leadership across the HR function, supporting managers with complex people matters while helping to continually improve the way we support colleagues across the charity.
You’ll also provide day-to-day guidance, coaching and supervision to members of the HR team, helping us maintain a responsive, consistent and high-quality People and Culture service.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for an experienced HR professional who combines strong technical knowledge with a practical, people-focused approach.
You’ll have substantial generalist HR experience and the confidence to advise managers on sensitive and complex people matters. You’ll understand employment law and good HR practice, but just as importantly, you’ll know how to turn that knowledge into clear, balanced and useful advice.
You’ll be comfortable managing competing priorities, handling confidential information and making sound judgements when situations are challenging or sensitive.
