Our Ambassadors

Pam Royle
Pam Royle is a Television Journalist and Presenter, best known for her time as a presenter for ITV News in the Tyne, Tees and Borders areas. She has been an ambassador for GNAAS for over 10 years, hosting our Annual Ball event on multiple occasions and helping us to raise over £100,000 in the process.
Pam continues to support GNAAS and is a proud advocate for the life-saving work that we carry out across the over 8,000 miles of land that we serve.
Emma Smith-Chaston
British Jockey Emma Smith-Chaston, originally from Lancashire, now based at Middleham, North Yorkshire, is a proud ambassador of GNAAS. With the charity being so close to her heart, she is a passionate advocate for the life-saving work we carry out on a daily basis. Boasting an incredible 44 wins throughout her career, Emma currently trains under Micky Hammond.
With her home being far away from the nearest trauma hospital and the dangerous nature of her job, Emma understands just how crucial GNAAS is to the North East, Cumbria and the Isle of Man. With our logo proudly emblazoned on her jockey silks, Emma helps us to raise funds that are vital in helping us stay in the sky.
Emma has taken part in multiple fundraising missions for GNAAS, and is determined to raise as many funds as possible for us in the future. We are extremely proud to have Emma as an ambassador of the work that we do in the regions we serve.

The Red Shepherdess
Hannah Jackson, known as The Red Shepherdess, is a shepherdess, farmer, public speaker, TV personality, writer and adventurer based on a fellside farm in a sleepy Cumbrian village. Surrounded by her flock of around 250 sheep, goats, pigs, poultry, Jim the Dales pony and her beloved dogs “Team Red”, she’s living the childhood dream she once only imagined from the town where she grew up. Through her farming, media work and appearances on programmes such as SAS: Who Dares Wins and BBC Countryfile, she shares an honest insight into modern British farming and rural life with audiences across the UK.
We’re proud to have Hannah’s passion, profile and down-to-earth storytelling supporting GNAAS and the communities we serve.
Luke Sayer
Luke Sayer is a multi-award-winning UK tattoo artist and owner of Luke Sayer Tattoo Studio in Milnthorpe, Cumbria. Specialising in black and grey realism, he began tattooing in 2011 and has since built a huge following and stellar reputation for his detailed, lifelike work.
In 2017, Luke’s talent was recognised nationally when he won the inaugural series of E4’s Tattoo Artist of the Year, cementing his place as one of the UK’s leading tattoo artists. We’re delighted to welcome Luke as a GNAAS ambassador and to have his creativity and profile supporting our life-saving work.
