Keep Your Breathe HR Details Up to Date
We’re asking everyone to take a few minutes to review and update their personal information in Breathe HR.
Please check your contact details, emergency contacts, and complete the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) section if you haven’t already. Having accurate information helps us better understand our workforce, shape our People Plan, and ensure we’re creating an inclusive and supportive workplace for everyone.
You can update your details via the Breathe HR app or desktop. All information is treated confidentially and in line with data protection requirements.
If you need any help, please contact the People & Culture team.
BHAWA Update โ Looking Ahead
Our Healthy Eating campaign is coming to an end โ thank you to everyone who got involved!
Our next Better Health at Work Award (BHAWA) focus will be Women’s Health, followed by a Health and Wellbeing Day in September.
If there’s a wellbeing topic, activity or resource you’d like to see included, we’d love to hear your suggestions. Please let the People & Culture team know, and keep an eye out for more information about the Health and Wellbeing Day coming soon.
Learning and Sharing Best Practice
Sherryll visited Midlands Air Ambulance Charity to learn more about how their HR function operates and to explore examples of best practice.
The visit provided a valuable opportunity to share ideas, learn from another air ambulance charity, and identify approaches that could enhance our own People & Culture practices at GNAAS. We look forward to putting some of these ideas into practice to continue improving the support we provide to colleagues across the organisation.
