Woman airlifted after two-car collision


The Great North Air Ambulance Service was called to a collision between two cars near Leyburn at 7:35pm yesterday evening. The doctor-led trauma team treated a 58-year-old woman who suffered injuries to her leg, arm, pelvis and chest. She was airlifted to James Cook University Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
