We are proud to be the official charity partner for the 2026 Isle of Man TT Races.

Racing towards a shared mission

The partnership forms part of the TT’s Charity Programme, which aims to use the platform and profile of the TT and Classic TT to support the Island’s charitable organisations that align with the event’s values and are able to demonstrate meaningful and measurable impact.

We have been delivering life-saving critical care support on the Isle of Man since 2022, responding to serious incidents and assisting with emergency transfers to specialist hospitals in the United Kingdom. Working in partnership with Manx Care, the service provides advanced medical interventions at the scene, including procedures that would otherwise only be available in a hospital setting.

We started responding to the Isle of Man in March 2022, providing emergency critical care every day to residents and visitors at the scene of an incident.

We are the only emergency helicopter Air Ambulance Service that cares for the people on the Isle of Man when they need it the most.

We are proud to be the official emergency helicopter Air Ambulance Service that attends the Isle of Man, providing quick-response, advanced critical care interventions to people in their time of need.

Serving the Isle of Man

Since launching our service on the Isle of Man, we’ve made a real difference to patients and their families when it matters most.

In March 2022, we began a trial with Manx Care to deliver critical care at the scene and transfer seriously ill or injured patients by helicopter directly to the UK for emergency treatment. Today, we are committed to providing our life-saving critical care to the Isle of Man for the next five years.

By flying patients straight to specialist centres and major trauma units in the North West of England, we ensure they receive the expert care they need as quickly as possible, when every second counts.

We are proud to operate on the Isle of Man 365 days a year, so we’re here when you need us the most.
