Head to your local seafront and get ready to launch yourself into the wintery waves, the perfect and refreshing way to recover from the Christmas festivities.

By taking the plunge, you’re ensuring we can continue our mission in the new year, caring for the critically ill and injured people of our region. With every shiver, you’re saving lives!
