Woman airlifted from Bedale after horse fall


A woman has been airlifted after she fell from a horse at Bedale, North Yorkshire, today, (December 4). The Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) was called to the scene at 11:50am. The woman, in her 40s, sustained pelvic injuries.

The woman, in her 40s, sustained pelvic injuries. She was treated at the scene by the GNAAS doctor-led aircrew before being flown to James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough. The flight took 10 minutes and she arrived in a stable condition.
