Man suffers serious medical episode in Hexham


Yesterday at 12pm we were called to Hexham to assist the North East Ambulance Service (NEAS) with a man, believed to be in his 80s, who was suffering from a serious medical episode. He was treated and assessed by the GNAAS paramedic and doctor team and flown to Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital in Cramlington.

Yesterday at 12pm we were called to Hexham to assist the North East Ambulance Service (NEAS) with a man, believed to be in his 80s, who was suffering from a serious medical episode.

He was treated and assessed by the GNAAS paramedic and doctor team and flown to Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital in Cramlington.
The flight took 14 minutes and he arrived in a critical but stable condition.
