Man flown to hospital after fall at High Force


A MAN was airlifted to hospital after falling at High Force yesterday. The Great North Air Ambulance Service was called to reports of a man who had fallen on rocks at High Force Waterfall, Teesdale, at 4:05pm. The man, in his mid-50s, suffered multiple injuries, and after treatment by the doctor-led aircrew, he was flown to James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough, within 10 minutes.
