GNAAS treats car driver at Ryton crash


A car driver was treated by the Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) after a crash at Ryton, Tyne and Wear, today. The collision between a car and a van happened at around 8:20am on November 13. The 28-year-old man was assessed and treated at the scene by the GNAAS team and North East Ambulance Service. The patient had sustained multiple injuries but these were non-life-threatening and he was transported to Newcastle’s Royal Victoria Infirmary by a road crew.  .
