GNAAS called to Tebay yesterday


The Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) was called to Tebay, Cumbria, at 4pm yesterday where an elderly man had collapsed in his home. The GNAAS doctor-led aircrew flew to the scene in the Pride of Cumbria aircraft and treated the 81-year-old man for a medical condition. He was taken to the Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle, by the GNAAS air ambulance in a flight that took 15 minutes.
