Air ambulance lands as pensioner collapses on Seaham beach


The Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) was called to Seaham beach at 8.30am today where a man had collapsed after becoming unwell. The GNAAS doctor and paramedic team assessed the male patient, who was in his 70s, before he was flown to James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough within 10 minutes where he arrived in a stable condition..
