Air ambulance called to aid of woman on Scafell Pike


The Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) was called to Scafell Pike where a 21-year-old woman had fallen while walking. She was assessed for a knee injury before being transported to the aircraft and flown to West Cumberland Hospital within eight minutes.

The incident happend on Friday.
