Be part of an exciting, innovative team where your skills directly impact the life-saving work of the charity. We’re looking for two enthusiastic fundraisers to support the growth of regional community engagement activities across Cumbria.
£19,247 - £21,101 per annum
40 hours per week over 7 days, including weekends and evenings as determined by charity needs
About us, the role and you
You’ll be helping to shape a programme of community fundraising that attracts supporters old and new, across the Cumbria region. This will include representing the charity at external public events, engaging with existing and potential supporters, alongside delivering talks and presentations to promote the charity within the communities you serve.
The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, strong customer service skills and be a confident public speaker. You should also be familiar with Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) and have excellent organisation and teamwork skills. As these roles involve business travel across Cumbria, a current clean driving licence is essential.
