We are looking for a confident and creative people manager to join our fundraising team.

As a Relationship Development Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for relationship fundraising in order to maximise supporter engagement and life time value.

Location: Urlay Nook, Eaglescliffe, Stockton-on-Tees (Involves regular travel – must have a full clean driving license).

Salary Range:  Band 5 £26,251 – £32,843 per annum, depending upon experience

Hours: Full time (40 hours per week, includes evenings and weekends), permanent

Contract Type: Permanent

The role

A unique opportunity has arisen for a confident and creative people manager to join our fundraising team in this exciting new role.

With responsibility for relationship fundraising, the successful candidate will focus on supporter retention and development and implementing best practices in order to maximise supporter engagement and lifetime value.

They will produce and implement a donor development strategy, ensure that staff are fully informed of new fundraising regulations and develop processes to improve efficiency across the department.

About you

You should be degree qualified and have significant project management experience, including experience of developing a customer service strategy and an engagement programme.

Outstanding leadership, organisation and communication skills are a must, as is the ability to develop strong collaborative working relationships.

As this role involves regular travel throughout the region, you are required to have a full clean driving license.
