Donations are the lifeblood of the Great North Air Ambulance Service.

We're looking for a creative individual who can engage with potential and existing supporters, inspiring people to support the charity through donations.

Department: Public Liaison

Location:  Eaglescliffe

Salary: Band 3 £20,860 – £25,486 depending on experience

Hours: 40 over 7 days (may include evening and weekend work)

The role

As an Individual Giving Officer, you will be expected to maintain a programme of giving by increasing income from individual donors to support the work of the charity.

This is the perfect opportunity for a creative individual to shape and grow the Great North Air Ambulance Service’s individual giving schemes, by executing a range of fundraising activities throughout the year.

Job Description

About you

You will be able to uphold a high standard of engagement and communication with regular givers, using data segmentation and strong communication tactics, to sustain and develop customer journeys and relationships.

Perhaps you come from a charity or commercial background with experience of developing membership programmes, or have direct and digital marketing experience.

Above all, you will embrace the work of the Great North Air Ambulance Service and have a real passion for helping others to do the same.
