Andy McCabe and Bob Smoult are cycling from Lands End to John O'Groats, to raise funds for The Great North Air Ambulance.  This is no mean feat, it is nearly 950 miles by road and they intend to do it in 14 days with no support. They are travelling to Penzance on Friday 28th May and will start cycling  on Saturday 29th May.
