Lottery

For as little as 50p a week, you can support the Great North Air Ambulance Service by joining its weekly lottery draw. As well as benefitting the charity, buying a ticket gives you the chance to scoop one of 58 cash prizes dealt out every week.

That 50p a week buys you a unique number. You can buy as many numbers as you wish – the more you buy, the greater your chance of winning!

Prizes range from £10 to £200 and are distributed after the draw which takes place every week on a Wednesday. Results are available in local media and on our website.

Renewal

For existing subscribers, renewing your lottery number is easy. If you have just received a renewal notice in the post you can complete the process online. Just select and click one of the payment methods. Click on the link for your renewal options. Click here to renew (existing members only)

Gift a subscription

Lottery subscriptions are an ideal gift for friends and relatives. If you are interested, please click here. Please send the completed form with your payment to Great North Air Ambulance, Imperial Centre, Grange Road, Darlington, DL1 5NQ.We will send a card to the person of your choosing in acknowledgement along with their confirmation certificates. The weekly lottery is only open to those aged 16 years and over. It is an offence to purchase lottery tickets on behalf of children under 16 years of age.

Complaints

The Great North Air Ambulance aims to ensure that any issue regarding the lottery you may have is dealt with promptly and in confidence. If you wish to make a complaint then please contact our in house lottery team in any of the following ways listed below:

Your complaint will be fully investigated and a response issued within 10 working days. If you are still not happy with the response the issue will then be referred to the charity's head office. If the matter cannot be resolved internally, it would then be referred to IBAS (Independent Betting and Adjudication Service).

 

The Great North Air Ambulance Lottery is regulated and licensed by the Gambling Commission.
